How to use:
Put the DVD in your player, and wait for the menu to appear. You can simply press Play Feature and follow along. Exercise order and numbers follows the book.
If you want to work out what's changed in our approach, press Select Chapter; this will take you to the exercise index pages. Compare the exercises listed on screen with your book's index. if an exercise's number appears on the DVD, it means that the approach as described in the book has been updated, or improved, or a new variation has been added. Sometimes there will be a completely new exercise shown. DVD instructions take priority!
