Returns
You may return any new, unopened items sold to you by pandf.com.au within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If the product we have shipped you is not the one you ordered, or if it defective (like a CD that won't play) we'll also pay the return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We'll notify you via email as soon as we receive the package, and will email you again to advise your refund once we've processed the returned item.
Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will not receive a refund. See our Refunds page for more details.

Refunds
We will refund the purchase price and shipping if we have shipped the wrong item to you, or it is defective.
We will refund the purchase price of a new, unopened CD, audio cassette, or DVD, or an unused and unopened book if returned to us within 30 days.
No other refunds will be given.

Shipping and Delivery
We can ship to most places around the world.
Please note: your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.
And further: for your protection, pandf.com.au will send any order valued at $400AUD or more via a trackable method, like Registered Post (within Australia), or another method if outside Australia.
Please see the shipping costs on the applicable page when you Check-out; these vary by region and weight/size/volume formulas. We will endeavour to get you the least expensive shipping we can.
Shipping Privacy
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form.
Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges).
We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact Sharon.
