Stretching & Strengthening Every Body

Become a P&F Practitioner

P&F practitioners come from many stretching backgrounds, and their existing training and experiences continue to enrich and evolve our techniques. Some have come straight into P&F through one of the classes, or a workshop.

P&F practitioners include:

• Massage Therapists

• Yoga teachers

• Pilates teachers

• Personal trainers

P&F practitioners may train in two disciplines:

Stretch Therapy (using P&F to treat neck, back, shoulder, arm and hand pain or as rehabilitation after other injury, based on the text Overcome neck & back pain by Kit Laughlin).

Stretch Teaching (to teach P&F, to prevent injury, increase performance and optimise wellbeing, based on the text Stretching & Flexibility by Kit Laughlin) usually in groups (class situation) or individually.

All P&F practitioners are :

• personally trained by Kit Laughlin and/or his Senior Instructors (SIs), and

• accredited by NAST (the National Association of Stretch Therapists).

TESTIMONIAL

“Kit's considered approach to stretching is a thing of beauty, and the workshop was very hands on, very demonstrative of the effectiveness of the technique.”
