"I am reasonably fit and I don't have any injuries but I decided to take strength and flexibility classes (started by Dr Kit Laughlin) at the ANU sports and rec centre to build strength.

The techniques taught there were very effective and after ~ 2.5 years of taking those classes my gym partner and I decided to try private lessons to learn new techniques and do more advanced exercises. We are privileged to have Dr Greg Laughlin as our instructor. We started the classes in July 2006 and our lessons have been very challenging and a lot of fun.

I got a glimpse of how incredibly strong a person can be without looking like the block of muscle (quite unattractive on a female). Dr Laughlin is very enthusiastic, experienced and knowledgeable. The strength, flexibility and balance that I have now compared to three years ago has more than doubled and I know that will continue to increase. This type of exercise is for everyone, not just for people with injuries".
