How is P&F different?
P&F applies stretching in innovative ways to achieve practical outcomes. P&F uses:
1. Stretching as diagnosis (to locate problem area)
2. Stretching as treatment (pain reduction, improvement of Range of Movement, or ROM)
3. Repatterning exercises (to teach desirable innervation patterns)
4. Strengthening exercises (to redress any weaknesses identified)
5. Relaxation to enhance the healing environment)
What is the basis of P&F?

TESTIMONIAL
"Flexibility and strength are critical for life, for all of us, at all ages, and not just for the professional or amateur athlete. Of the two, flexibility is the more important, in my experience ... Kit's new book Stretching & Flexibility will change your way of thinking about flexibility and will certainly improve the way you go about achieving it." Full quote
